The theme for the ornaments this year is inspirational words.  December's word "Joy" is a feeling that brings a smile to my face even when I am not aware of it.  Birds chirping, children laughing, sitting and stitching, cutting out beautiful hand dyed wool pieces, hugs and unexpected calls from a distant friend all bring the word joy to mind.
