Shipping and handling in the domestic United States is included in the item price
Items are shipped out upon receipt of payment and should be received within 1-2 weeks.
No returns or refunds on stitcheries or patterns.
We ship in good faith but cannot be held responsible for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs as both of these things are out of our control.
